Forward Industries (NASDAQ: FWDI) expanded its Solana treasury by more than 500,000 SOL during fiscal Q3 2026 at an average purchase price of approximately $79 per SOL, bringing its holdings to 7.55 million SOL as of June 30. The company also sold 93,642 shares through its at-the-market offering while reporting 36% annualized SOL-per-share growth, which it says demonstrates its ability to raise capital in an accretive manner.
